Food was 100/10. Everything was great and amazing customer service by Andres. Food was out of this world! Delicious! All the flavors mixed in one bite. Ceviche and drinks were great best Peruvian spot in Sarasota! I really recommend this place for big and small groups! You will not regret it!

My husband and I ate lunch here after a long beach day and it was DELICIOUS. Great portions and beverages were refreshing! I had the lemondade with mint and it was incredible! For lunch we had ceviche de pescado, tacu tacu with lomo saltado and arroz chaufa with chicken. DEFINITELY coming back here to try more delicious plates. Service was good and friendly staff.

The food was excellent and Andre was a wonderful server. We made a reservations and were seated as soon as we arrived. We each ordered entrees to share and they came out perfect!

I had an amazing experience at Aji Ceviche Bar! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ceviche was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned and with just the right amount of citrus. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in . The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, making it a great place for both a casual meal or a special night out . Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Peruvian flavors and a top-notch dining experience.

The flavors were delicious! The strawberry and passion fruit were fruity-licious! The restaurant is clean, has a nice atmosphere, plenty of parking, as well. There are warm lights and beautiful plants that invite you to sit outside. The yellow dish is "Pescado a lo macho"

Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! From the moment we were seated, our server Kathleen made our dining experience exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. She checked in regularly without being intrusive and anticipated our needs before we even asked. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about creating a great guest experience. Kathleen turned a good night into a memorable one. We’ll absolutely be coming back and asking for her by name! *I have a recommendation by the way, something that I don't think is very hygienic is having the cutlery out in the open, and I would like them to have cloth napkins to maximize the experience.

Fantastic! This meal was incredibly good! We arrived a bit late—just one hour before closing—but the service was exceptionally kind and professional. Unfortunately, we kept the employees late since we couldn't finish all of the food in just an hour; there was so much of it, and they were so accommodating. Each plate we ordered was huge. I ordered the Classic Ceviche as an appetizer, my husband had the Jalea, and both were like a main dish. Our main dishes were Chupe de Camarones and the Pargo a lo macho. Everything was out of this world. The mint lemonade is just amazing. Even the little corn they set at the table is very good. If you are in the area, this place is a must! Amazing experience
